YearMap

YearMap is developed by Reimagined Multimedia KLG ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how YearMap handles your data.

The short version: we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. Your data stays on your device. That's it.

Data Storage

All your events, categories, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We have no access to this data. We do not operate any servers that receive or store your information.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud, your data syncs across your Apple devices via Apple's CloudKit. This sync is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We never see, access, or process your iCloud data.

Sign in with Apple

Sign in with Apple is optional and used only to enable iCloud sharing features. We receive only the anonymous user identifier that Apple provides. We do not receive your name or email address unless you explicitly choose to share it. No account data is stored on our servers.

Analytics & Tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking, crash reporting, or third-party SDKs. No data is collected about how you use the app. We do not track your behavior, location, or usage patterns. There are no ads.

Third-Party Services

YearMap does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit. We do not see or store your payment information.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to any third parties. Period.

Children's Privacy

YearMap is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we collect no personal data from any user, no special provisions are required.

Data Deletion

All data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. You have full control at all times. To delete your data, simply delete the app from your device. To manage iCloud data, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
